here i am, doin another round of sitting at my computer, doing my daily 1+ hour of crafting. some days i make over 8000 items and sit there for 3+ hours doing absolutely nothing but crafting. we still have the good old node pick enchant for getherers…but…why did they get rid of crafting speed? literally no reason they had to do that. or at least make crafting take less time automatically. they still havent said anything about this qol improvement topic anywhere.

oh yes please.
I spend hours crafting every day. I’m lucky, I can afk it whilst working for some thing but for others like legendaries where I’m only crafting half a dozen that just doesn’t work.
Normal people do not craft 8,000 items in one sitting. In fact, id go so far as to say normal people do not craft 8,000 items in the lifespan of them playing the game.
People that negatively affect the economy do that.
I can only imagine what damage you would do to the economy if you were able to craft faster. A hard no to the need for such a thing and most likely why it was removed.

The prices would go up if you removed these crafters. You take the big producers out of the economy and you take out competition. Less goods = higher prices.

Lol. You think the big crafters are the ones putting the price to below cost of mats? They’re not. They’d go broke. They only craft profitable items. If it ain’t profitable, I don’t craft it.
