Stuck on quest Cracking the Codex, Delas Moonfang is not in where they are supposed to be in Dalaran.

Same issue here. Make me mad.

same issue delas moonfang does not spawn when i do cracking the codex have not found a solution

I did the first few quests in The War Within till I got sent to a new place. Then I went back to Dalaran in Legion and Moonfang was there and so was the guy in the Violet Citadel.
