9.1 Issue - Open Map Causes game to stutter when walking Technical Support

I loaded into 9.1 and noticed any time I opened the map and walked the screen would stutter, I disabled all of my add-ons and this still occurred, I am on the latest driver 471.11. Anyone else noticing this?
