Changed my cpu to a Ryzen 7 5700x3d and it was reseting in M+ in tough times for having an old air cooler from years ago on it, then just changing the air cooler to a Thermal Spirit 120 SE i tought the problem would be solved but now it’s just reseting equally, goes from more than 90°C in M+ and the auto security turns the PC off. What to do?
Lets start simple and work to more complex. With the x3d CPUs the latest chipset drivers are a must when upgrading from a non x3D CPU! They run off slightly different drivers than the non x3d chips.
Did you install those after your upgrade? Go here and select Chipsets then select AM4 then your chipset of your motherboard. Download and install. Report back after
