Cox cable has blocked some blizzard services and games

big thread on reddit about it. Cox cable is what we all have in common. We can’t cant log into some games and we CANNOT LOG INTO SUPPORT to make a ticket. BLIZZARD PLEASE HELP.

You’d need to get a hold of your internet provider about it, Blizzard themselves can’t do much on their end.

Blizzard doesn’t own or control the Internet. Please be sure to contact your Internet provider directly.

Blizzard doesn’t control the internet. You have to talk to Cox.

Yep, game froze. And now I can’t get my Blizzard App to work at all.

Checking forums to see if anyone else is experiencing this again for the second time this weekend and it looks like that’s the case.

same here. i didn’t have any issues playing yesterday but just got dc’d and can’t get back into the game. everything else on the internet seems to work though.

forget what i said about the internet working…lol. you can’t even get to the Cox website right now. i also live about 100 yards away from one of the main Cox hubs in my area and the wifi is down coming from that building as well.

same here… thought i got banned for hurting someone feelings again, but i have cox cable. seems wow and discord’s not connecting.

happening to me as well, also a Cox cable user. their website won’t even load either so can’t contact support via internet, LOL

Happening here too… I’m trying to get connected with Cox service with my mobile data… and live agent is not answering :slight_smile: what the phhhhhhh

I had to go on X via my phone to find out that they are just now aware of the issue and trying to fix it, lol.

Well, I thought might as well play some ESO, but it seems Cox doesn’t much like that franchise at the moment either.
