Personaly, I donāt want to ride a milk cow, haha.
I 'd love to see a Longhorn bull, Watusi or Highland bull-those are the long haired ones- mount. These breeds are massive, impressive and have majestic rack of horns. Tho, our Holstein ( dairy) bull named Freight Train weighed in a little over 1600 pounds, was pretty damn impressive.

That looks like one of the attack cows from 'The Herd" buff card, a randomly drawn card in the card deck from the Darkmoon Faire. Deck of cards sold by the same vendor who sells the fancy clothes transmog items, little cart next to the dance-off tent.
Blizzard will probably make them the next Allied Race.

I was super excited, thinking I was coming into a thread, where we were finally going to suggest having Tauren as a mount, especially for gnomes. now I see we want the dairy version of a horse.
I literally broke my chair, my desk. I tore down all my curtains. Rolled down the steps. Rolled into my car took off down the interstateā¦ Rolled into a nature preserve rolled back to my carā¦end up going back home. All while aggressively laughing and choking this was the funniest thing I have read in years. 10/10 joke. Best punchline ever and never saw it coming.

I might even give being a Cow Gnome again a try. My last try ended in embarrassment. Turned out that my prize cow Betsy was one of those evil 2 hoofed space cows that had tricked me and I got laughed out of the state fair.
