A secret cow level like Diablo lol, I mean, we have other blizzard games within WoW. We also have the “tomb of town portal” toy 
Come on, nothing like overly large bipedal bovine slashing away at you, well, if they don’t get slashed first!
Maybe even some loot here similar to diablo like tmogs, toys, pets, etc. Shadowlands, in my opinion, is a good theme for it.
AND, maybe this could be an alternate way to get Tyrael’s Charger mount…I never had the opportunity to get it because I wasn’t playing any blizzard games at that time. I love that mount and I can’t ever get it, not even BMAH 
I thought i heard somewhere theres something similar in Twisting Corridor involving the diablo loot goblins
Not like for discontinued loot but just as a cool easter egg

I suppose Torghast could be a good fit for it lol, just have it as one of the random levels, but, maybe add some secret loot!
There was a cow level event in… 2017? Is that when Diablo turned 20 or 25?
Edit: Maybe it was 2016 since I see Diablo was released in 1996. Anyways, I remember doing the event.

i must be remembering wrong, because i’m sure it used to have a cow icon… and now it has the Diablo icon
There is a cow level in Azshara’s Eternal Palace. It’s part of the achievement for Harbinger of Ny’alotha.
Is there? I’ve ran across random Dredgers that sorta act like the loot goblins, I’d guess it’s that.
