Covid brought me back

I played wow for about 5-6 years religiously before i quit. I’ve been gone for about 7-8 years, but because of Covid i’m back. I’m back and it’s still as awesome as when i first played !!! I even brought 3 friends with me that have never played before and they seem to love it just as much as i do. Playing again actually brings back some memories of good times, and i’m glad that it seems that Wow is starting to gain more members again …

Trust me when you get to end game content in bfa you will be tempted to quit

Thanks, it’s been good times so far. Enjoying seeing/ experiencing the new content, although i’m a ways back still. Just fired it back up 3 weeks ago, so i’m still working through Warlords of Draenor, but have already purchased the new expansion that’s coming out .

Covid is the best thing to happen to Blizzard in the last few years lol. Welcome back, OP!

As for wanting to quit at the end, i’ve found that you’ll only get out of the game what you put in. There’s so much to do that a person can play for what seems endless hours and not get bored. I already know that between content and achievements that i won’t be bored this summer lol.

Welcome back. There are a an awful
Lot of Doom Monkeys here in GD, but most people are enjoying the game. It’s pretty awesome, and since this is the pre-content-patch-lull, there’s plenty of time to get caught up on all the end game stuff if that’s what you’re into.

InB4 some guy with 3 jobs and 2 families comes in and says he can’t get invited to m+15 because he only has 19 minutes of free time every week and he’s NOT gonna spend it reading a guide, SO you shouldn’t try to enjoy it either.

LOL that’s so awesomely terrible. I read a post on FB by someone saying they just started WoW and had an hr every night to play, and wondered where to start? I thought holy crap, it’s gonna take forever to get anywhere. I on the other hand am a shift worker working 3 on 3 off. On days off i have probably 10-14 hrs to play in need be, and 1-2 hrs after work when i’m working my shifts. Oh, and my wife is awesome and just lets me play haha.

You didn’t read the forum rules. You can’t actual post anything positive about the game here.

I just figured there was so much bad going on in the world and Debbie Downers in here that i would try to add some positivity …lol

Yeah, don’t let people drown you in posts about how bad the game is right now. Too much of that going on.

I’m in IT, I have. 9-5.y kids go to bed around 8, my wife about 9, and after that I play a couple hours. Rinse and repeat every day.

Welcome back.

BFA hasn’t been my favorite expansion but I’m still here playing because there are things I do still absolutely love about wow.

Take it slow, don’t be in a rush to endgame.

Welcome back. BFA had a rocky path, but for a new/returning player, there should be way more than enough for you to do until Shadowlands.

Have fun.

Oh yeah. There’s your professions to level up, there’s rep to work on, there’s gold to save up. Then on top of that, there’s guild’s to join, friends to be made, new friends to run with, fun to be had …
