Covenants are broken

Yup . Our classes are the dry mix and covenants are the wet ingredients we need to make the batter whole

I am a simple boy, I see a good video, I share it

I’ve watched this. It sounds nothing more than begging and whining. I was on board with the swapping until this video came out. Now I kind of want to see people butt hurt and cry.

It’s interesting and it’s honestly a completely valid concern to have, but I hate it as much as I hate people sharing relationship goals Facebook group content.

I totally agree with you on that, its annoying indeed.

they are only ballancing and fixing because a certin group of people . and i been telling them they are the reason wow is sucks they ask for one thing and than complain that blizzard is doing exactly what they asked for. how about this we keep covenants how they should be unaccessable brokenly overpowered some of them

Damn, do you have a spy camera ?? How did you see it!!!

They spend every expansion balancing and nerfing, though. Hell, they’ve been balancing and nerfing since 1.1.

BFA is the tipping point.

the #pulltheripcord crowed are responseable for covenants being broken your own fault blizzard doing what you ask and you complain they did learn what to do yall just make them fail

But it’s not even the expansion with the most changes. What specifically made it the worst? Corruption? And why do I sense a PVPer behind most of these criticisms…

It’s a Punitive Choice: As it a choice that punishes those that don’t specifically take the direction they want you to take with less then those who choose “correctly” in Blizzards eyes.

wish they’d hurry up and release Burning Crusade classic. retail is a dumpster fire…

I’m going to assume that’s Cammy’s foot. That’s hot.

Oh no no no. Chun-Li is very good with her feet.

I see it now XD

Generally speaking, I don’t either. He pretends to be a man of the wow community … But he really isn’t. He’s arrogant, elitist and only advocates for his own style of play.

That said, what I take away from this and what others say is simple … Blizzard is ignoring the reality of how their players play the game. And in the case with covenants, this isn’t just a “world-first, top-cutting-edge” problem. A LOT of people want their characters to be the most powerful. A LOT of people play multiple specs equally and will be incredibly frustrated when the covenant they are in is the only reason why one spec is a lot weaker than the other.

I definitely understand what Blizzard is trying to do with “choice”, equating them to classes. But this was a flawed comparison from the very beginning because classes and covenants are not the same, nor do players want them to be the same … For many reasons, but the biggest one that impacts practical game play is balance. Blizzard are completely incapable of getting balance right. In every patch, in every expansion we see this time and time again.

So the biggest question I have that still remains is … If Blizzard and all the players already know they aren’t capable of getting balance right … and Blizzard and all players know that poor balance is incredibly frustrating … then why introduce a brand new BORROWED POWER system into the game that requires near perfect balance to be successful? It’s kind of crazy to me they would ignore this very obvious issue.

playing on the beta and playing around with covenants, it’s very un-spec friendly. Conduits being locked behind the weekly reset is a terrible idea and I would post something like this in the beta forums if i had access but the website is dumb
