Covenants are azerite traits 2.0

You jelly that my mog looks 100% better than the vomit you’re wearing?

It’s an extremely close parallel and you know it.

Considering you’re spec locked in legion the only difference would be if you whacked every talent point into one spec when we had talent trees

Stupid pointless waste of time argument try harder next time

Oh I changed my shoulders

They’re the same normally

And no I’m not jealous I happen to think we both look good

Covenants are like mop symbiosis. Not like azerite traits.

Most artifact traits were meaningless filler. Though switching specs was a pain because you had to rebuild the weapon to get the meaningful traits.

Talent trees were very expensive to change originally. What we have now are not talent trees.

Covenants aren’t that locked. You can switch them weekly and you don’t lose any progress. Easier than leveling that alternate artifact.

Maybe WOW isn’t the game for you since you don’t seem to want to put any effort into building anything.

Talent trees are not choice not unless you provide PoE levels of skill tree depth. Stop trying to make vanilla-cata appear as valid points. That what came first does not mean it was good, as much as that what exists now is not always an improvement over what existed (if you strive for improvement).

And if you actually played WoW outside of standing on a mailbox in Goldshire, you’d know that people engage in multiple roles and activities every week, and that weekly switching of covenants is massively restricted.

Blizzard should make forum category for people who wants to complain, I see same people over and over.

Loved your edits there.

Ok so both are features that streamers and youtubers completely obsessed over, creating inexistente problems for players to get mad about and making them play the game trying to find reasons to be upset. Yeah they are very similar in this aspect indeed. They will probably also be systems that get slightly tweeked in a few patches and people forget about them pretending they were “fixed” when there was nothing to fix in the first place.

They’re replicating the damn model every single xpac and you people can’t even see it

Random passives added

Things that function like glyphs added

One extra button to press as your final new talent

They’re god damn so similar to talent trees you have to be disagreeing for the sake of it to not see this pattern

Passives in soul binds are passive talents
Abilities are end level talents
Conduits are glyphs

Lord

You can reach relative diminishing returns 15 points into pre-7.2 paragon. Or you could have finished it in December or when most people were progressing on nighthold, and then dump your extra AP into your artifact throughout that tier while we had AK25 in effect.

Lol wat?

I didn’t say that vanilla-cata is better. In fact, if I had a choice, I’d go with something like PoE (which I’m currently playingo n my other screen lol)

What I said is that Blizzard’s current talent trees have a bunch of dead rows.

Engage your calm lol.

You continually skip soulbinds which can be changed at any time to help your other specs. The covenant abilities aren’t even spec related but sure… I just see it differently.

Enjoy the game. I mean you’re paying for it either with dollars or time collecting gold.

The inference/position is typically there when posting with a classic character. I apologize for being too aggressive.

AZ armor literally rained down upon us from the sky and you basically got handed a near 50 HoA to power it…

There are 2 types of abilities in the game. Passive or active.

Detail how you would design something.

Oh dear. Somebody skipped the first year of this expansion.

Initially it sucked, it wasn’t until they moved on to essences that they acknowledged they couldn’t balance it then they trended toward just giving us our bis.

Yeah, I earned AOTC in every raid tier in BFA while some how not actually playing the first year…

Remember when you got an Azerite “upgrade” but wouldn’t even wear it because the azerite traits were deactivated due to higher neck requirements?

Remember when Azerite gear wasn’t even tradeable?
