Explain why I cant use these when I’m no longer that covenant. I took the time to get the renown, the materials needed, purchased it. But I can’t use it if Im not that covenant? It doesnt provide any bonuses… it’s just a fun transmog.

I thought they were just character locked, didn’t realize they were current cov locked. I had wasted gold to purchase them all using my lvl 60 alts that are spread out among all the other cov’s. When I tried to use one from a dif cov I had just assumed it was character locked when it wasnt in the menu.
Either way, what a waste of gold.
Because the covenant bonuses are “supposed to be unique to the covenant you currently belong to!”
Funnily enough, if you transmog something unique to your covenant you’ll maintain the appearance even if you change.
It does suck… Just like the mogs and titles. I earned it, I should be able to keep it… I switched from Night Fae to Venthyr and can still use Hunt’s Favor, so at least theres that.
Probably will be locked on for this expansion. Hopefully loosen up that restriction in the next expansion.

You’re probably using the one you can get from the Court of Harvesters (Sinedge). The Venthyr one (Sinwrath) is locked to the covenant.
