Anyone know what happens if you start a sanctum upgrade and then switch covenants while it’s upgrading? Some of those upgrades take 24hr and cost 10k anima so I do not want to risk anything without knowing for sure.
I realize covenant missions in progress are cancelled and the anima cost to start the mission is not refunded if you switch, but wasn’t sure if that’s the same way the sanctum upgrades worked or not.

I had the same question. Would like to get multiple covenants going on upgrades if they don’t reset
Why take a chance when you can just wait one day? sheesh
Why wait a day when I could start multiple at a time? Or swap covenants to do different content. Maybe I want to upgrade my Venthyr covenant while working in Maldraxxas building mini game. Sheesh.
If you aren’t sure of what will happen and you want to take a risk of losing 10k or whatever anima, then go ahead do whatever you want. Just don’t complain about it afterward.

Err maybe it was unclear but I was (snarkily admittedly given your initial attitude) giving examples of why someone might want to swap covenants before 24hrs is up. I have the same question as the OP.

You mean the old sanctum got upgraded right, not the new sanctum?
I switched to my new, pushed the upgrade button for my mission table, etc. then switched back to my old for raiders night.
When I was done with raid I went back to the new and the upgrades took!
