Character has reached level 60 and did not get the final quests which on the previous 2 characters that have you talk to the covenant avatars in Oribos and give the covenant summary button in the minimap.
I have been completing the Venthyr storyline at 60 now to the point where I am sending out invitations and have unlocked covenant upgrades, as well as conduit trees.
I have checked wowhead, and the internet in general, looking for what trigger that I might have missed that the covenant summary button hasn’t appeared.
