I’m just curious… my shaman is about to ding 60 and I’m curious which covenant to pick (assuming I choose one at all lol). I mostly just do little pets and older content so it’s mostly - who has the best outfit.

She’s a dorf. And I’ve read about the Night Fae being amazing but the covenant hall is so annoying lol.

The Necrolord outfit looks derpy on shorter races like Goblin and Vulpera, mostly due to the helmet. It’s adorable. =D Not sure how it looks like a Dwarf.
Umm. I’d look at the transmog and spells and decide. Their covs are all good enough it won’t matter for you.
Look at the prizes and see what most appeals to you. I chose Bastion for my hunter, because there was a robot kitty mount involved and the fantasy fits her, because she’s an engineer.
I stopped caring about meta, because I know I won’t be able to raid for being so far behind on game content.

Shaman is one class that can pretty much pick whatever when it comes to covenants. There are definite “bests” based on what you want to do…
Resto/m+: Kyrian
Resto/raid: Necrolord
Enhancement: Venthyr
Elemental: Night Fae
But all are usable by every spec.

Then Night Fae if it is 100% for the aesthetic.
Thought Draenei even as a shaman could work for Kyrian but he’s doing dwarf so that’s cool too

Kyrian. It’s good for all three specs, AND you get a wonderful owlfriend. Plus, the Aspiring Aspirant’s Regalia looks amazing on dwarves.

None of them fit the Shaman theme at all so hard to go from that.
For what’s worth the Mail Venthyr set is pretty cool though.
I went with venthyr because I love the chain armor. Plus chain harvest is a fun ability and the flying mounts are pretty cool.

Its not nearly as bad as people say for Resto or even Ele (covenant leggo salvages it there) either.
At least i’m doing fine with it.
