Covenant Abilities should be a new talent row

You mean their 0% success rate record?

Hot off the polls, landslide victory for people who want their strongest version of their spec!

Will the “only a minority of players care about min/maxing” team recover? Find out next time…

The entire Covenant system should be purely cosmetic and story based. The abilities should be talents.

Why do they insist on these temporary systems? The’re not fun, just a grind that doesn’t contribute to the longevity of the game.

You’ve got my vote for lead dev Tibbles.

Thankfully based on the recent stream it is clear blizzard is focus a lot more on rpg aspects of the game instead of caring about what wannabe elites who only care about numbers m+ and raids.
Pretty confident covenants wont be swappable anytime soon after launch :3

Yeah good thing Blizzard never listen what its overwhelming userbase wants huh Ralph otherwise we might have a game.

Let’s hope they listen to underperforming players like you who don’t care about doing any relevant content.

Yea on the straw poll its 57% and the second highest isn’t even 20%. Its not close at all. Then we factor in that some people will have put venthir because it is already the strongest and the gap only widens.

Yes its only 19000 votes etc but its a pretty strong trend

Yup. Perfectly said. We will lose the freedom to have access to tools for all content in favor of having tools for only one section of content. Its going to be great! /s

The comment from ion that he feels like people who are purists to the spec should have an advantage over someone who does all the content is so backwards and anti WoW.

When has this ever been the case ? God.

Being able to duel spec as it was at the start of wrath (if memory serves correctly. Might be wrong I have done plenty of things to ruin my memory since then haha) was a fantastic change. Then opening up to all specs was even better. Idk why anyone would think its a good idea to limit people into 1 spec.

Isn’t the best one just the Venthyr teleport anyways?

If you have to pick 1 for always then probably but there will be situations you want other abilities. Divine tol for a prot pally for example should be amazing in keys.

The Paladin Venthyr ability does seem pretty lackluster. Anything where you have to stand in a certain area to get it’s effect is usually no go for me. I’m pretty sure my Holy Paladin will end up Night Fae with the ability being changed into a Blessing. Max group utility!

God i just saw Kyrian angel thiccy girl and now I wanna play Kyrian.

Why is this happening.

Yea that’s the problem. The night fae paladin ability is insanely powerful for raid especially. Even though it only effects group you could put a pally on a group with all healers for a heavy damage phase like maut or in a group of top dps for a dps burn phase like nzoth. It’s too good to not take but kyrian would be more fun. I want the option to use both for more than the first 2 days of a 2 year expansion.

They tried this at the beginning of BfA too. And Legion. Honestly until Ion and his pals are kicked out, it’s not going to stop because he doesn’t think he’s wrong.

He’s an Elitist Jerk who got the keys to the castle and we’ve all been suffering for it ever since.

When you’re a purist to a spec it should just be reflected in your ability to play the class/spec, not the abilities granted to a class/spec.
