I have DBM installed. I have the Legion mod installed.
I’ve seen other annoucements from other players from DBM for the “spy” part at the end of CoS. But mine doesn’t do anything.
What am I missing? Is there a different mod that needs installed?
I forget the name but it’s probably some component to DBM, I use big wigs and I know little wigs is what you download for dungeons, and then it has specific modules based on expansions you can download to announce things like what the spy is wearing and if you found it. I think you have to download the legion module for DBM for that, although I find BW to be better than DBM personally, far less intrusive and has a lot more user friendly features IMO.
DBM has never properly integrated the spy puzzle for whatever reason. As shockington said, BW does it great, and there’s a great WA for it. If you don’t like those, there’s also a currently updated specific addon for it called court of stars helper.
When I did a search about DBM for it, it suggested a Weak Aura … which I downloaded.
The WA is nice for the FIRST PART. It tells you the profession items that gives buffs, etc if anyone in your party can use them, details on what it does, etc etc. That’s GREAT!
But it does nothing for the Spy part. The ONLY thing it does, is once you discover the spy, it says “I FOUND THE SPY” in like 40 point font. I mean … big whoop.
I want the rest of the group to know the clues I have found.
I’ve run CoS about 20 times today, just farming Valor and hoping for the Ring to drop. So I’ve seen DBM work just fine, I know it works. It just … doesn’t for me. And I don’t know why.
I use littlewigs. It does the “guess who” game callouts.
Push comes to shove, can you use LittleWigs and DBM? Does LW require BW?
I have no issues with DBM. No interest in using BigWigs. But if I can just install LW and get this to work, I might do that.
This is the weakaura I use. LittleWigs also does the spy game, (announces in party chat when you find a clue or when y ou find the spy), but the weakaura announces items that can be used in chat and which clas/race/etc. can use something when you mouse over it.

You don’t want the legion mod. You want dbm party mods, or whatever it’s called, which includes everything.
