According to wow-pets.com and its listing of AH pet pricing:
This pet has not been obtained by any known characters.
Guess we’ll have to wait till someone finally figures out where it is and how to get it.

I checked Hazel’s and Cymre Jones’ youtube channels and neither have any video on where to find it, so figure it hasn’t been added/discovered yet.
There are two color variants of it though;
