- Can the reward chest from “Fighting is its own reward” give a tier piece?
- Are Sparks of Ingenuity still able to be acquired? (leveling some professions)

I don’t know for sure, but I would not do that quest if that’s the only reason you would do it. Pretty low chance (assuming it’s non-zero) as it seems to be the entire M+ loot table. I’m not sure I’ve seen a raid piece drop from that quest (if it’s M+ only then there’s zero chance of tier as M+ only drops tier in the vault, not end-of-run).
A fresh alt would still get the quest for five free sparks of ingenuity. Beyond that, no further sparks of ingenuity are available.
For mains and seasoned alts, you only have what’s currently in your bags.

You should be able to use Sparks of Shadowflame in place of Sparks of Ingenuity.

As for this one, leveling professions with sparks, I’d rather not waste the new sparks, so that’s a bummer if it’s true that old ones are no longer available. Throwing away gold for levels isn’t problematic, but sparks is a bridge too far lol
