Based on Wowhead, Unseen Blade has a 750ms cooldown with the ‘Fazed’ effect having a 20 sec cooldown.
Coup De Grace happens after every four Unseen Blades, and since Sinister Strike and Ambush apply it after every strike (from what I can tell).
Does that mean we’re going to be using Coup De Grace for every other Dispatch?
Theres some pretty big context clues in the tree that show you Unseen Blade is what has the 20 sec cooldown.
Coupe De Disappointment wont be consistent, its based on using ST and random procs from thousand cuts.
Stacks from Unseen blade occur quickly, thousand cuts resets it “periodically” (hidden aura), flickerstrike pretty much grants one immediately off the cd and is pretty solid, Killing spree and Secret Technique ignore the cd and give 2 individual interactions.
Tldr: builds very fast and i find I can usually crank 2 out very quickly. Hits the same as Fatebound Cosmic coin and Deathstalker’s with some variation obviously depending what is currently up. Flawless form stacks are up a lot and override each other and can refresh quickly depending on how well you are paying attention. (Usually 10-14 are normal while slamming into some sap sucker).
Yes the stacks build up fairly quickly and reliably.
