Trying it out on my level 38 Outlaw rogue and despite being in the middle of the talent tree it says it requires level 60? Then why is it even a mid-level option? I took it anyway to test it out and sure enough either it doesn’t work or I just got really unlucky

Good possibility it is bugged since Count the Odds is also a Conduit right now in Shadowlands. RtB is learned at level 19 so it should be working. Bug report it now just in case it is a real bug, otherwise I expect once SL stuff is turned off officially in DF it will fix itself.

The reason it requires level 60 is because it’s conduit counterpart can’t be used until lvl 60. Blizzard is actually being consistent for once.
There’s zero reason to limit a talent to level 60 just because it was a conduit before
Especially when something as important as Improved Adrenaline Rush (which does NOT require level 60 by the way!) is locked behind that talent

Lol I forgot I even made this topic, just happened to be the first result on google when I looked it up for my newest rogue. I’d say it’s amazing that it hasn’t been fixed yet, but, that’s really just par for the course at this point isn’t it?

I mean you couldn’t pay this company to give this spec any of the attention that it deserves lol we’ve literally had broken talents for the entire expansion that to this day still don’t work. We’re still just sitting here suffering for literal years because the spec was good in BFA S2 and our one single dev refuses to make the one single change that would make the spec viable and that’s removing the cap on Blade Flurry. Until that happens it’ll always be worse than Sub unless Sub gets its aoe turbo gutted.
