Has anyone experienced strange behavior with the outlaw conduit ‘Count the Odds’? I’ve noticed that if I have some RTB currently active and i get a proc from the conduit, after the proc runs out (5s), all other active RTB buffs regardless of duration, expire as well.
It doesn’t seem to happen every time i get a proc, but i frequently notice buffs that have >10s disappearing when the conduit RTB proc runs out. I can see the buff disappear from my WA tracker (and from my standard UI buff area)
It is annoying I can say that for sure.
I don’t notice this happening, but what is weird is that “Sometimes” using RtB while you have proc’d buffs active will remove them, even if what you roll was not one of those buffs.
I say sometimes, because I’ve also had them persist. It’s very inconsistent but I’m not paying super close attention to the 5sec buff’s behavior.
the conduit buffs disappear if you rtb after gaining them.
So after some additional testing, I can reproduce it! I was able to verify this behavior on a target dummy.
1-Cast Roll the Bones.
2-Wait for duration to decrease below 15s.
3-Ambush (assume conduit proc occurs)
4-When the original RTB buff expires (from step 1), it removes the RTB proc generated from the Ambush in step 3.
RTB buffs generated by Dispatch are also removed in a similar way.

edit: and they probably wont fix it, the pvp talent control is king still overrides 20 sec adrenaline rush if it procs and this bug has been around forever.
Yep. The various torghast powers will also override effects (grapple hook giving 15 sec of Crimson vial -> Using crimson vial overrides it with a 4 sec buff)
Yup.
Many of the Rogue specs suffer from bugs like this. Experienced vet Rogues know how to play around this but it is annoying.
