the option to buy the cloak at renown 2 is there, but rewards like pouch of resonance crystals, earth-encrusted gem and weathered harbinger crests are not available or have been received.
Same thing here; Renown 4, but didn’t get the rewards for 3 or 4.

Same. I can’t get the Earth-Encrusted Gem from Rank 4 for example. My friend is able to get them, so it’s definitely a bug.
Unfortunately, it’s the same here. Do we have any news on that?
Same here, no renown rewards
It looks like you can’t get renown rewards until level 80. Just a heads up that this might be intended behavior and not a bug.

Same here…was supposed to get rewards at rep level 3 and 4 and nothing…and now nothing at 5 either…
I’m not getting rewards from any faction.
Hitting 80, caused these quests (the rewards) to spawn for me. Might just be tied to that?

And an unexpected unexplained change from DF.
Not getting any of the Pouch of Resonance Crystals rep rewards.
“Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive a Pouch of Resonance Crystals.”
Same for Earth-Encursted Gem.
Same for Weathered Harbinger Crests.
Same for Valorstones.
No dialog, not on vendor, nothing. Reps unlocked, this dude not giving rewards. Not sure how things can get any wurz.
If that’s the case, then this is all entirely poorly worded

Adding in that I’m also not getting the rewards that are supposed to be obtained when “speaking” to the faction NPC. Hopefully this is something they are aware of and fixing.

Yep, I got all the stuff when I hit 80.
