Council interrupt macro

My guild is working on mythic council prog, and I am trying to find a 1 button interrupt macro for the afterimage of baroness freida. Here are my ideas, not sure what would work or if it is possible at all

simplest macro
/cast [@afterimage of baroness frieda, exists] mind freeze

I imagine that will not work because of the spaces? I had a backup idea for it;
/tar afterimage of baroness frieda
/focus
/cast [@focus, exists] mind freeze

Again I think the space might break it. Otherwise, are there other options to interrupt a briefly appearing mob like this, which breaks focus? Does the afterimage have a dedicated boss# frame that does not change I could use? I think the boss frame will change as we progress and kill others throughout the fight.

I think that the spaces will mess up the first one, but not the second. Still, it’s probably easier to use something like this if you don’t need the focus:

/tar afterimage of baroness frieda
/cast Mind Freeze
/targetlasttarget

You cannot @npc_name only @person_in_your_group
If the afterimages show up on boss frames you can use @bossN where N is the position from the top.

From looking at a couple videos the afterimage appears to use boss3 when Freida is the only one dead and boss2 after the second boss dies.

If that’s correct then I think this would work.

/cast [@boss3,harm,nodead][@boss2,harm,nodead] mind freeze
