Yeah, Hekili is a separate information frame like @Valdinov said. It doesn’t want to touch your actual action bars (e.g., highlighting an action bar button to push next). There is an add-on that does that, I think it’s called MaxDPS, but I use Hekili, so no experience with the other one.
Does the existing Cooldown Manger do what you need?
