Been playing WoW since Febuary 06, 2005. You are releasing a 15th Anniversary Collectors Edition later on this year.
My bank and bags are all 38 slots, and after all these years I’ve run out of room (I have numerous things in my bank that are soul bound items, items that can’t be placed in Void Storage, or the three Artifact Weapons that are taking up room in my bank that I can’t get rid of OR put into Void Storage).
I want to be able to keep the items that I have, but I need more bag space.
Do you think that you could give us an additional bag slot or two on our character, and an additional bag slot or two for the bank?
Or allow Tailors to make 50 slot bags?
Or get rid of the regents bag and just let us use it for any item (I could send all the mats in my regents bank to my other characters, but I still can’t use that space for anything other than mats).
Seriously… it’s been 15 years. I suspect that I’m not the only individual playing WoW that’s pretty much maxed out on bag space.
Well. I can’t speak for the OP, but if you are an RPer, as I am, you have a lot of space taken up by cloth clothing - something I cannot, as of yet, t-mog - and it’s all soulbound. I really want the restrictions opened up.
Code it to change to generic ~insert class here~ type of gear upon entering a combat instance if they are still worried about “visual confusion”.
I don’t use Void Storage for transmogs and never have… I’ve only used it for storing items that I can place there (as opposed to keeping it in my regular inventory).
I have a hard time believing that there aren’t a few things out of those hundreds of items that you could get rid of. Just sell that cockroach you bought from the guy under the stairs and couldn’t learn because you had 3 already.
You could create a bank guild like many of us do. Lot’s more storage! Though granted soulbound items will not go in a guild bank, everything else will.
I use my reagents bank for just that, it enables me to store large amounts of mats for current stuff like cooking, that I can make on the fly without taking up bag space on my toon. It just needs to be much, much bigger as mine is always maxed out.
Regular Bank is pretty full so I made a guild bank and have 5 tabs which gives me all the space I need and some.
Having to carry 10-12+ different items in my bags just for Mechagon is aggravating to say the least. Nevermind if I grind spare parts and forget to turn them into boxes…
Plus the 15+ different toys, buffs, helps from Najz. Meh…
At least for me the problem is that I am working on at least 5 different projects from past expansions, and those items ALSO occupy space I can’t get rid off. Plus current content and such. It builds up fast.
Only way I have been able to sort of manage is I have a 8-tab personal guild on my alt that I can ship non-essentials and mats to.
Which won’t hold ancient soulbound crap this OP is hoarding.
I have a lot of extraneous doodoo in my bank, bags, guild bank tabs, personal bankers (one on each side), void storage, etc. But I’ll never ask for bigger bags.
right now my bags are full of rank 3 recipes that i earned from world quests but cannot use up because of Legion dopey drop rates and BfA lousy overall profession skill ups
I sort of agree. I mean, it is manageable. HOWEVER, I will say that from experience there are still some toys and fun collectibles from the old, old days that are still items, and never went into the toy page so those type of things do occupy space. I dunno, I don’t tend to walk with 3 different sets of gear on my main anymore so maybe that’s the problem?
Bag spaces evolve rather slowly, some adjustments to save spaces were implemented though.
