I Grown so bored of Pretty land scape and wonder I want what was lost in WoD and What was touch on BFA with the the Drust… I long to see Desolate area that show sign of war or “Horrible thing” Happen that lost lost in time.
Now a days It green lands, Tall trees… I know that thing for people but I miss Desolate or haunting settings.

BFA had some pretty gnarly horror elements, to be fair. But yeah, the occasional creepy Easter egg and lite horror atmosphere adds a lot to the game.

I don’t care as long as I can get a tome of arachnid taming. My Aqir needs a friend.
Also its a teensy bit harder to do proper horror when you’re stuck with a T rating.
Blizz totally wanted The Maw / Torghast to be like some Hellraiser stuff. But you can’t PG 13ify Clive freaking Barker. It don’t work.

To see what horror What maw and Torghast have I seen in beta they could have element while questing save jaina you see ghostly images of Jaina getting torment’s by ghost of her past before they took that out.
But yeah It hard to set horror when Stuck with T rating but There could be ways to get pass that if only with cleaver writing like “Path of glory”
It also highly depends on what kinda horror you wanna go for

Well I Start off with what I miss what Cata took away and what I hope to see in War within with Kobold and Nerubian.
I miss the haunting setting of Desolate landscape Like when you go in classic plaugeland 1st time Haunting number of undead wanting around in farm sted sky is red and Tree look sickly.

But yeah I am Atmosphere I love place is quite haunting and Find my self drawn to it.
you could say maldraxus and revendreath was it, But Not help madrauxus was camp “Valhalhah but undead”
and revendearth run by snobs.
So I hope when we go to Nerubian zone it be way more haunting then Suramar City 2.0 big hostile city that you can just blend in.
It would be cool if Blizzard bought “The Thing” (not the Addams family one) into Azeroth and it ends up infecting people so we end up not knowing who is real and who’s “The Thing”

When the vibes are hittin’ THEY ARE HITTIN’ with Blizz.
I dunno if they can even do psycho horror properly. Because even if Blizz is practically hammering something into the playerbases heads, a lot of people still miss a lot of basic stuff.
So if you wanna TRY and break someones head a little, well now its just gonna cancel out
