Let me start off by saying that I DO NOT want to make Classic into Retail. I believe that I am getting access to Classic by subscribing to Retail. Therefore, if I want to throw my shield around or my Judgement around, I will log into Retail and play my BElf pally.
But BoW, BoM, et cetera only being 5 minutes is SOOOOOOOOO aggravating and suffocating IHMO. Could we PLEEEEAAAASE!!! have it raised to 10 mins like a Druids Thorns or 30 mins (I’d REALLY love it if we could just make it 30 mins). I respect purists wanting Classic to be Classic. But, how is making BoW, BoM, et cetera last for 30 minutes really that game breaking?
What’s wrong with this? Promoting lazy Paladins? I am sorry but that’s the Paladins role - I play a Paladin and I do not find an an issue with rebuffing/15 min buffing or changing aura’s for various packs. Re-roll son.
Do people actually come here and think this will happen? Blizzard dropped Classic as is. It was never intended to be a massive project they spend hours fixing and adjusting balance. You get what you get
Here is the problem though… Once you start changing this, as I just started playing a warrior… his battle shout is only merely 2min long. You think 5min is aggravating? that is a like a blessing for me as a warrior to see 5min!! I have to literally battle shout every time I enter combat… using rage.
So once we all want to QOL changes this would become Retail. I can completely understand your frustration but this is what makes classic… well… classic…
If we were to make all these small changes it wouldn’t be classic now would it… Anyways I am not saying —> Retail that way… but rather imagine if Retail never existed and this is how the game was, the thought of increasing the buff to 30min would never come to your mind and even if it did people would just tell you “really? I dont think so”
Whoa, you dont need to cry for us my friend. Its not that big of a deal. I didnt realize how upsetting the situation was for you. I was just pointing out to OP to be thankful for what he has. No need to shed those tears. Thanks for the support though.
