I understand you don’t want the realm to feel dead, and I agree, but is there a way to layer by zone or anything?
I get not wanting to be alone in Desolace (no pun intended), but do we really need 35 people camping 10 Winterfall mobs, or STV barely playable?

It is? It was my understanding theres X layers and each one applies to the entire world. Like right now there’s 5 layers. Not 17 in winterspring and 1 in stonetalon mountains
that’s how it used to work. then they made this dynamic zone by zone layering for anniversary if your complaint is that everyone is camping winterfall village welcome to classic WoW, that’s the case even on “dead” classic era servers. those mobs are needed for so many things
