Honestly not bad. Youll buy some Wool and some Mageweave(unless you do some solo ZF). Silk and Runecloth rain from the sky by the pound. Youll run into very few spots where you have to buy expensive mats to farm ranks.
Skip Runecloth Bags, just make Mooncloth instead. And start making mooncloth on CD as soon as you can.

Think itll cost more than 500g?
100-150 if you farm the cloth yourself which is stupidly easy. If youre just buying it to power from 1-300, yeah 500-600 seems qccurate when you combine cloth and recipe costs.
AoE farm Deadmines for Linen, SFK for Wool, SM for Silk, ZF or Mara for mageweave, and just running anything above BRD will net you several stacks of runecloth per run.

As ally Stocks is probably more convenient/faster for wool, as long as you can manage avoiding/blinking the stun effects if you’re aoe farming. You can get 3-4 stacks a run if I recall, and be in/out in no time.

And note, if you can get it down, you can get paying boosters for gold to buy the other cloth.
Or alternatively offer free boosts and have them loot for you on the condition they hand over all the wool - that’ll speed you up since the looting takes almost as long as the killing.
Up at the top end you prob need either gold bars or ironweb spider silk. Both are usually pretty cheap but can be spikey. Like one day 15s the next 2g.
In 2025, we no longer judge the cost of anything by gold, but by how much you have to spend in RMT to afford it.
