Is there a vendor where you can buy last seasons stuff? Or is that not a thing yet? Thanks 
The non-elite conquest pieces will likely be purchasable in season 1 of Dragonflight
The elite sets are the same and still available, along with the weapons. Only some lookalike pieces have been truly removed, but they were replaced with others.

Don’t forget that the only way to get elite weapon xmogs is to upgrade them to duelist (8/9) at 2100. You will need to do this for every elite weapon appearance that you want.

Yep, and you need to be able to equip the weapon, which means that you need to earn Duelist on Demon Hunter for the warglaive, but can collect everything else on a Warrior, even if it’ll be like 120k honor or something.

I actually discovered that if you put eternal gladiator pieces in the catalyst, it actually gives you the cosmic gladiator appearance for that slot. Was able to complete my mage cosmic set doing this.
