I saw the ring that reduces Cosmic Damage by 20% is listed in BIS for everyone pretty much. But, what exactly is cosmic damage?
It’s just a combo damage type like ebonfrost and radiant, which is prevalent in Manaforge Omega. If you’re referring to the final boss ring it’s also absurdly heavy on haste, which makes it very good for any class that likes that while coming with a neat absorb effect.
