Cosmic Creation Impetus not working

I’m trying to upgrade some gear with CCI and it does nothing.
Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you are trying to upgrade your The Devouring Cold (Fated) NM Weapon to the Heroic version with Cosmic Creation Impetus, but it’s not working. Let me look into this.

So, I’ve had a look on our end and it looks like with the launch of Dragonflight these items have been disabled, just as the Puzzling Dinar and other Shadowlands: Season 4 features have been disabled.

I do know this likely won’t be ideal, but we aren’t able to manually upgrade these for you and I would advise if you wish to get the Heroic appearance you may need to do a transmog run in the future.

Edit: i did just use a leftover dinar to buy an item and that worked just fine so idk.
