Blizzard you seem to love to gatekeep everything behind a level requirement. While some things this make sense. Cosmetic items it does not. Example: Cowl of the Wolf Ancient. You have to be level 70 and complete the Emerald Dream story line to earn this. Not a problem. What is an issue is that now all my other Orc characters have to be level 58 to wear this. There is no stat benefit gained from this appearance… so to gatekeep it behind a level requirement is just silly.
Please reconsider lifting level restrictions on something that is strictly an appearance. You haven’t kept heritage armor behind a level restriction to use, just earn. Again… I have no problems with the requirements or story completion to earn, but after you have earned it… you should be able to use it without further restrictions.
