Yes it does. Anything at or before Shadowlands.

From my reading of the info on the event (and its a bit lacking in real detail) they seem to be saying that only “selected items” will get the buff in raids, and things like the legendary weapons are mentioned. There doesn’t seem to be any specific mention of raid boss general weapons.
Yeah…and I dont want to waste my time trying to get something that doesnt even have an increased chance right now but Im not even sure if it does or not lol. Its so vague.
If those aren’t specifically listed, I think I’m doubtful on the weapon appearances from Antorus. There were some specific legendaries listed, but I never saw those.
It would be lame and dumb if they arent.
