I cant find anywhere on icyveins saying this is worth adding into the rotation.
It is not normally worth casting for destruction.
It was added as a “generic” warlock skill primarily to round out the 1-10 leveling experience before a specialization is chosen. There are some anima powers that make it worth casting in Torghast, but that’s it.

If it didn’t have a TWO SECOND cast time, it might be worth casting in some edge cases. If it was a global, it’d be a nice movement option (but people might be upset they have to put it on their bars).
