Opened a ticket after I noticed Tuesday after the update that my Masterful rank 3 corruptions were missing from my bags. I received the run of the mill response and told that I need to check the item restoration and if its not there they couldn’t help me. So I checked and the items see that multiple items are gone completely without a trace. Maybe its a bug who knows but what I do know is that someone real needs to get in contact with me to fix this issue and to actually look into the issue. Do you know how long it took me to get over 25k echoes after coming back to catch up with current content? Now my items are gone and I can’t get them back? You have got to be kidding me. Where is the customer service and why am I having to post in multiple areas to get some answer from a real person?
