Corruption Enchants working in Random PVP?

Anyone know if the head enchants will work? If not, I am not going to waste my time.

I only looked at secondary stat one but it has no PvP nerfs. If it’s completely disabled or not idk

Thank you. I will have to try it myself. I cannot imagine they would work in non competitive PvP. But its Blizzard, so who knows?
