Not seeing anywhere to place the corrupted lantern in the Arcantina. It’s no longer in my bags as well, but I have a log of looting it.

It also showed that I looted it, but it did not appear in my bags like the spear and banner did.
Tried this on 2 characters and neither could place anything when i returned
Two toons, too (ha), second one showed the item was looted (in chat) but never made it into my bag. First toon wasn’t even able to loot the lantern from the chest, got the “There is no Loot” message.
Yeah, I clicked where it should have been placed but nothing happened, it did not count towards achievement progress.

Did you get the yellow dot on the minimap inside the Arcantina? And the ‘sparkly bits’ on the wall where it should go? I got neither 
I picked up the latern, went to the arcantina, went into the lounge area to the right, saw where to place it on the table next to the couch, saw the faded spere matching the lantern, clicked it a few times even, nothing happened. Thought I may need to turn in the quest first, went back out to the quest giver, turned in quest, went back to lounge, could no longer place it. Thought I’d try to regrab the lantern at the broken shore, could no longer pick it up.
so, yeah… bugged.

Same issue here. I’ve been running around the Arcantina for a good 10 minutes with no luck lol
Same problem. When you come into the Arcantina it does show on your minimap where the placement should be, but if you turn in the quest it disappears and you can’t place it anywhere anymore.
It’s bugged. Hopefully we get compensation or something.

I just experienced this bug as well.
I too experienced this bug. I looted the “Corrupted Lantern” from the chest during the quest. When I went back to the Arcantina it was gone from my bags. I thought turning the quest in may fix it but that was a mistake as it did not do so.
Count me on this too, can’t place the lamp and it’s gone from my bag.
I’m now left with a corrupted lamp shaped hole in my Arcantina.
Sadness.

Still bugged after maintenance.
Same problem. Completed the quest yesterday and could not place the lantern even though the chat log said the item was looted. Was hoping the maintenance today would fix it. Still not fixed.
Posted on my Druid before I realized it. Quest was done on this hunter, not my Druid, Yihdra, if that matters. Same problem. Same for me. I was able to place the previous two items, and I saw the gold dot and looted the lantern before leaving the quest. I see the decor item available for purchase from the vendor. But there’s nowhere for me to place the Corrupted Lantern in the Arcantina.
Just did this tonight and I am having the same problem. I turned in the quest and it is no longer in my bags. I can’t even see where to place it on the mini-map.
