How rare is this? I have over 600 arena wins this season and haven’t gotten it yet. I have literally every other PVE and PVP trinket except this, the one I need. Can you get it from bonus rolls as well? Frustrating that this wasn’t a choice for trinkets in the weekly cap.

Yea you can get it from wins, rolls and chest.

You would be better offer dropping a profession and maxing out alchemy for the trinket. It comes with a socket and gives 2x more stats on proc.
The alchemy trinket has a larger primary stat proc but the proc lasts 15 seconds as opposed to the insignia’s 20 seconds, and has a much lower proc rate than the insignia. I have both and I prefer the insignia.
