I went to Aneka Melae on my level 46 Horde Hunter, and the Honor items do not show a level requirement for purchase. If I attempt to buy them, it tells me that I have to be level 50 to purchase them. Again, nowhere in the tooltip does it show that there is any level restriction, other than it requires level 46 to equip.
