Will Blizzard ever add a Corrupted Ashbringer type mog or toy into the game? Maybe as a Limited event item?

While not the same, we do still have this, obviously a pally thing, but still there if you’re interested.

I thought Blizz got rid of all the hidden artifact skins

I think the only artifact skins that aren’t obtainable are the mage tower ones. I’m fairly certain everything else remains as it is.

Correct.

Mage tower looks are gone, everything else still in the game.

Well, unholy is a massive pain to the point that most consider it unobtainable because of a key talent being removed.
