My main char can’t select or deselect any powers, but my alts are working just fine. I did a fresh install with no addons and all my unlocked corrosive powers on my main remain grayed out.

I am also having issues with the UI for Corrosive Codex. I have turned off all addons and it doesn’t make a difference.
I tried on main and an alt and they both are missing powers (Should be 12).

Same issue.
When unlocking gifts they turn grey, cannot select any of them.
I’m not having the same issue but a similar one where the things my main unlocked are showing unlocked on my alt but I can’t use them. I thought this was supposed to be account wide?
