I for one am super happy about the last boss of Race to World First being “underwhelming”, I honestly think it is a better game when it is less exciting for streamers and people whose sole job it is to raid in World of Warcraft…
The game is meant to be fun, the appeal of Vanilla was how easily accessible it was to people of all skill levels. Sure you could go out and become a legend maximize your dps and what not but you would be downing content with people who just spammed 2-3 buttons and avoided fire.
When I want a challenge I take on a project at work, or a home improvement project, I don’t care to have video games be the source of my feeling of achievement. For my friends who do enjoy that they have options like Souls games, and then they come play wow to socialize and have fun.
It has been honestly difficult to convince any of my old guildies / friends from old eras to even come back now days. Not because the entry level isn’t easy (the content is easy) but because there is a huge gap between the content everyone is playing, a load of systems to learn, and the amount of time investment it takes to be able to play with your more competitive friends.
So thank you Blizz, and I hope this trend continues, I look forward to a day when the game is developed fully for the average player and not for streamers and full time wow players.
This is called jealousy and nothing else, please try to deny it so we can have a good laugh.
Just because you are not good enough to do mythic raiding doesn’t mean it’s not fun for anyone else, stop projecting.
Look up the amount of people who finished the last raids. Be shocked. Come back here to retract your incorrect statements.
Good for you, mister cool guy. Many people out there are stuck in jobs they don’t like and an appartment they can’t modify, sometimes that’s just how life goes and I’m sure a cool guy like you can remember a time when you couldn’t care less about a job you had or couldn’t do home improvement projects for whatever reason. Or you know what, maybe you have no idea you sound like an entitled guy born in fluffy comfort, but that’s just my assumption I’m sure you’ll rage-reply to correct this information.
That’s great, they play the games that are the most completed by people with naked characters and taking no hit, what a challenge. We’re are all applauding in awe. When your friends start playing hard games be sure to let us know. And that’s if they decide to stop having such a fulfilling social life on WoW. And have fun of course, because you know what fun is for every single person on earth, you define fun.
You don’t have to, don’t even know why you would want to do that, you have home improvement projects to finish.
This is self centered and complete wishful thinking. If the game was entirely made for your lower skill level, your more competitive friends would have finished it first and quit out of boredom, you would still not play with them, the game won’t force them to stay and do content that is obsolete for them. Harder content that you are not good enough to do is what keeps your more competitive friends around. There is no world where people of completely different skill levels just enjoy the exact same content at the same time.
The gigantic majority of this game is made for people like you already. Just because you can’t RWF doesn’t mean anything.
Splits are for tier and trinkets / cantrips more than actual ilvl. Farmable hero track from 10s lets others keep up ilvl and kinda normalise the gear after a month or so.
Agree splits are a serious detriment to the game as it is though, and that raiding is improved immeasurably by the heroic week gap before mythic.
I read a few of your responses then stopped, you sound like a very upset emotionally stunted young person. You should stop seeking validation from difficult video games and focus your energy on real life achievements, they will bring you more enjoyment and long term happiness then CE ever could
Heroic week also improves the quality of raiding for guilds below RWF too. It reduces the need to find time for both heroic + normal clears for tier and mythic progression past week 1, as well as reduces the gap in power between those who have done splits and those who have not which reduces the odds of guilds running into bosses they are physically not geared enough to kill.
You are exactly like all the other predictable NPCs: get proven wrong, proceed to try to make personal insults based on nothing but assumptions, achieve nothing because people with higher IQ know that assumptions are entirely meaningless in what they attempt to do and instead only expose the speaker for their emotional instability and frustration. Good work doubling down on making yourself look like a fool, great success.
There’s nothing butthurt in proving someone wrong. Someone made incorrect claims, they had to be corrected. If someone is trying to tell you an apple is a banana, and you correct them, should I call you butthurt for that? There is objectively no difference here. What an insanely silly and low IQ take you have, no wonder you agree with the other guy perma stuck on your level.
Lepta referring to other people who play the game as NPC’s, talking about IQ’s and “Proving Someone Wrong” about their opinion of a video game are exactly the kinds of things that led me to say you are an emotionally stunted young person (I assume young because anyone past the age of 30 acting the way you are would be ashamed).
I would genuinely encourage you to log out, spend some time outside and find something meaningful to put this energy into. Could be a course at your local community college, it could be working on a trade or hobby you enjoy.
If you continue down this path of internet rage, validation through “hard video games”, and getting your education from streamers and podcasters (an assumption on my part), you will continue to be miserable, and I know you are miserable because happy people don’t act like you do.
It feels like they didn’t have a clear idea for the fight with Gallywix. Like they weren’t sure what he was supposed to be or how his chapter should end
Yeh we get it, you saw other people talk online so now you can copy/paste their cliché assumption-filled one liner “comebacks”.
Yeah not just this part, all your rage-filled replies are entirely made of assumptions because you’re just smart enough to realize you have nothing of substance to say, so just like most uneducated and ignorant people who try to talk about something they don’t understand and refuse to learn, you just start attacking people who exposed your own flaws for good reasons.
Tell me how much time I spend outside. And then provide proof or tangible evidence to back up this claim. If you can’t do that, then what you said was 100% irrelevant, objectively speaking. It’s not hard to just not talk when you have nothing to say, if you were like me with important information to share you could keep going, but repeating the same attempt-at-insulting over an over to save face is just pathetic man, maybe all this “log out and go outside” is nothing more than pure projection on your side.
Lepta nothing I have said should indicate that I am upset with you, you simply don’t have the power or ability to impact my life in any meaningful way. You are right though most of what I am saying is assumptions, but those assumptions are based on your behavior compared to a lifetime of interacting with people.
I’m sorry if being called out has struck a nerve and makes you feel attacked, but that might be some indicator as to a hint of truth in what I have been saying.
