Corpse Eater not dropping mount again?

Killing him in raid groups on 25 characters.
Have not seen him drop for anyone in any groups this reset…
I know he was bugged at first, I am wondering if the no drop bug is back.
Has anyone seen him drop his mount since this invasion came up ?
