For a couple weeks now the new Wow Cooldown Viewer has been a buggy mess with constant duplicate errors. I have no addons related to cooldowns anymore since the pre patch content basically broke them (I just uninstalled them).

I’ve got the same thing. The only time I can get it to stop is when ALL my addons are disabled, even the ones that have nothing to do with cooldowns (like Titan bar and my bug catcher addon). So very annoying.
