Looking for a way to make similar abilities behave consistently on the cooldown tracker. For example, voltaic blaze, a dot application ability with a cooldown should show both the duration timer for the dot while having the pin wheel tracking the cooldown.
An example of this is the way barbed shot behaves in the cooldown tracker for hunters - you see the dot duration and the cooldown for the ability within the same icon.
