I’m seeing this on multiple characters and from multiple accounts, some abilities are remaining grayed out and not tracked on CDM even though they are talented into. Which abilities seems to be kind of random (sinister strike on outlaw rogue and cobra shot on BM hunter for example). I’ve tried multiple resets/reloads including a clean install and respecs out of an ability and back to it.
