Can possibly the Cool Downs on Hexweave cloth be removed since it is old content and it takes too long to get 100 Hexweave for a pattern.
Did you know you can buy this pattern if the proper NPC shows up in your Tier 3 garrison town hall? You can make them without a cooldown, but need to have primal spirit.

they take a day for cooldown. be sure to come back. so come back.
You can also use trade goods to get primal spirits so it’s possible to farm hexweave cloth pretty much all day if the trader is up.
