Im on horde and up to 225/225 cooking, Ive gone to Zamja at Orgrimmar to get the quest to go to Tanaris to speak to Dirge (goblin) for Clamlette surprise. She isnt offering the quest, i went to Tanaris and he isnt offering the quest either. Am i missing something?
What level is the toon you are trying to get master cooking skill on? The goblin’s quest has a minimum level requirement.
I believe it is level 35 minimum.

Try and abandon all cooking related quests and acquire them again.
the ! would be invisible since you picking the quest up so late? Have you actually tried opening a dialog with him or you just not seeing a visible ! and giving up?

If you’re using questie does it show an available quest from either NPC on the map?
