I have done the cooking daily for over 3 weeks everyday now and have only gotten 2 recipes since I started. Is this a bug or is this really bad rng? I have tried collecting both fish and meat rewards to no success.

You got bad RNG OP. I got most of the cooking recipes within 3 weeks through cooking dailies, but only gotten 1 discovery as an alchemist. And I got all recipes except rep/discoveries. Random chance is a fickle thing.

Can confirm unlucky RNG here, gf has all cooking recipies from the dailies but one.
